Our Town Biodiesel was founded to help keep a sustainable local energy resource local. Waste vegetable oil (W.V.O.) is a raw material that can be refined into a useable energy source. Currently the majority of W.V.O. is either shipped abroad for refinement or processed into animal feed. It is no secret that energy prices have soared in recent times. Together, we need to utilize local, alternative means of sustainable energy to offset foreign petrol derived energy. This will not only help our environment, but also our local economy. In order to do so Our Town Biodiesel, offers a partnered relationship with local restaurants.
